This video demonstrates how to best to use a stencil on a rough wall surface.
- Step1. Use masking tape to adhere to wall
- Step2. Paint with foam roller, carefully building up light layers, rolling away from the edges of the stencil
- Step3. Remove stencil & fill in breaks with a brush
- Step4. Voila!!!!!
