Looking back into our archive, we recreated this logo for Dr Martens, Camden at extra large scale using multiple extra large stencils.
The video shows the Global Street Art team applying these large stencils to the wall using a cherry picker for the "'Dr Martens - Welcome to Camden" campaign.
Giant wall stencils had to cover a 7 metre square wall with a spray painted sign, high on a brick gable end wall, ahead of the opening of the new Dr Martens store. In order to produce stencils to these large dimensions the #lasercutit team designed in multi parts that could be butted together, making one giant stencil. The extra large stencil was made in light weight material for ease of application when positioning.
